Cha, cha, cha, changes...

I have been playing around with some new templates, the old one just didn’t do it for me anymore and with the shift in focus of my postings it felt like time for a new beginning. The colors are a bit darker and deeper than the last two tries but I think Ill be sticking with this one for now. I’m no programmer, basic HTML has never been something I have taken the time to learn, but now perhaps this is the time to do so. I lost some of the links I had posted in the beginning including the counter and the webring link, some of them are still pertinent and may be coming back soon, but I am just not sure yet. Anyone who stumbles across this is free to critique and offer any suggestions for improvement. Smart-ass remarks will be promptly deleted, but good constructive criticism is always welcome.

I have been thinking

I have been thinking a lot lately about what it means to be a writer, to live the writing life of examination and sacrifice. I know I haven’t posted in a very long time, I also know that nobody seems to give a fuck, and that is OK with me. The last two months have been full of change, full of meaningful connections and lingering doubt, and full of writing about all of it.

My philosophy on writing has remained the same, static, while nothing else has. I have come to the conclusion that a life of examination means nothing without action, and I have learned how to love fully and completely again.

I will be posting more often, yeah I know promises promises…
